Our client, a leading player in the vaporizer industry, specializing in innovative hardware products is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join their team in Las Vegas, Nevada.

As a B2B Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding our market presence within the vaping industry. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships. Your primary focus will be on selling our range of vaping products and accessories to wholesalers, retailers, and distributors.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives within the designated territory.
  • Prospect and qualify new leads through proactive outreach, networking, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our vaping products.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to maximize profitability and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
Skills and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the vaping or cannabis  industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to effectively navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software 
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers

Compensation: $35,000 – $40,000 + commission and incentives
