Our client, a premier provider of terpenes, flavors and effects blends specifically designed for the cannabis and hemp industries, is looking for an Account Manager for the West Coast region. This position can be based anywhere in CA or nearby states. The role is REMOTE and requires travel throughout the region. The ideal candidate will have direct experience selling terpenes to cannabis manufacturers. 

Location: This job is REMOTE but ideally the candidate would reside in CA and cover a western territory. 
 
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  1. Establish new sales model, territories, accounts and service existing relationships, manage promotional activities and events, educate buyers within the assigned territory.
  2. Prospect new clients and increase revenue.
  3. Establish and maintain relationships with clients through consistent and frequent communication
  4. Continue to improve sales strategies based on market research and competitor analysis
  5. Report on individual and territorial sales results for both product sales (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually)
  6. Continue to improve sales strategies based on market research and competitor analysis
  7. Educate clients and attend trade shows to conduct product demonstrations
  8. Manage and oversee our top accounts
  9. Generate potential leads for future sales
  10. Set and exceed quotas
  11. Track and report sales in organized manner
  12. Communicate effectively with other members of team
Qualifications:
  1. 3+ years of experience in B2B sales required.
  2. Cannabis industry experience required and preferred in the concentrate/vape space. 
  3. Must have understanding of cannabis extract products such as vapes, tinctures, topicals and beverages, etc.
  4. Strong work ethic and communication skills
  5. Proficient Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  6. Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of programs (ex. Office, Excel, Word, etc.).
Compensation: $70K – $100K + Commission
