- Plant Care:
- Execute daily care routines for cannabis plants, including watering, feeding, pruning, and monitoring plant health.
- Implement pest and disease control measures to maintain a healthy cultivation environment.
- Cultivation Operations:
- Assist in all stages of plant growth, from propagation to harvesting, ensuring adherence to cultivation protocols.
- Operate and maintain cultivation equipment and systems.
- Data Recording:
- Accurately record and maintain cultivation data, including plant growth metrics, inventory tracking, and environmental conditions.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Follow all regulatory guidelines and company policies to ensure compliance with state and local regulations.
- Contribute to quality assurance processes to uphold the highest standards in product quality.
- Previous experience in cannabis cultivation preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of plant biology, horticulture, or related field is a plus.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including prolonged standing, bending, and lifting.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Willingness to adhere to a set schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Actively seeking candidates with current Colorado MED License/Badge.
