Our client, a cannabis company is looking for a dynamic Branch Manager to lead our team near Baldwin Park, CA. If you're ready to direct and oversee our sales initiatives, set strategic goals, and enhance customer satisfaction, this role is for you!
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of Sales Management experience.
- Oversight of at least 2-4 direct reports.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems.
- Trade Show experience (2-4 years) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven ability to meet sales goals and continuously train sales staff.
- Exceptional leadership, time management, and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop annual unit and gross-profit plans, implement marketing strategies, and analyze trends for sales objectives.
- Establish sales quotas, project expected sales volume and profit for products, and develop field sales action plans.
- Maintain sales volume, product mix, and pricing by staying current with market trends, demand, and competitors.
- Stay informed through educational workshops, professional publications, and networking.
- Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results and ensuring targets align with company strategies.
- Manage, develop, coach, and motivate the sales force, ensuring monthly targets and KPIs are met.
- Assess and manage the sales program based on the strengths and weaknesses of the team.
- Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates, meet with customers to assess relationships, and implement new sales initiatives.
- Provide daily reports of field sales success to Executive Management.
- Sell to existing and potential accounts, support distribution partners, and continually develop knowledge of the business climate.
- Develop and execute territory plans, assess distribution channels, and maintain data on partners, accounts, and activities.
Compensation: $95,000 – $100,000 plus commission and full benefits
