Abel was part of the M&A team at a vertically integrated multi-state operator.
He analyzed high priority markets and provided strategic recommendations on organic and inorganic growth opportunities.
Additionally, he executed acquisitions from initial due diligence through the definitive agreement stage.
Abel closed on an investment firm’s first cannabis and real estate investment in a sale-leaseback of 100 acres of outdoor cultivation.
He also closed on an equity investment in a start-up multi-state operator with 7x MOIC.
