Leading industry training and lectures, creating cannabis curricula, cultivating strong work cultures
Ariana is an appointee to a cannabis advisory committee, a member of a cannabis oversight committee, and was a vice-chair of a Cannabis State Legalization Task Force for 3 years.
Her experience as a cancer survivor and her civil rights background fueled her passion for creating safe access to cannabis through education and creating compassion programs to provide free cannabis for the critically and chronically ill with low income.
She has been honored to speak at several events, including the Cannabis Business Times Cannabis Conference, Blunt Talks, Women Grow, and The Women’s Visionary Congress.
She is also the host of a cannabis podcast.
With over 18,000 hours of experience with humans and cannabis, Ariana has consulted with large healthcare organizations.
She has led nationwide large-scale industry training and lectures, including continuing education credit classes at accredited schools for healthcare practitioners through her private practice.
She created some of the first-to-market cannabis curricula — the first cannabis education workshop series for a city college continuing education program.
She was honored to lecture at UC Berkeley Haas School of Business.
For 10+ years, Ariana was a Public Education Officer, creating and leading a strong culture around public outreach, cannabis education, and cannabis normalization through classes, media, and events.
Ariana was named one of the 100+ most important women in cannabis for 2019 and 2020 by the Green Market Report.
Her work was highlighted in various publications, including MG Retailer, Magnetic Magazine, MJ Lifestyle Magazine, and Cannabis Now.
