After discovering faults in the lease agreement’s purported square footage, he saved the corporation approximately $500,000 over the course of the lease agreement.
Bailey implemented company-wide restructuring and reorganization, including the creation of SOPs and secured a wholesale hemp certification, commercial feed permit, cGMP, and ISO 9001 certification.
As a consultant, Bailey instituted new management and logistics strategies for numerous companies, yielding high revenue increases.
