He is an energetic and dynamic leader with a proven track record throughout a 20-year career in executive-level operations management across multiple industries.
Most recently, as the Western Regional Director of Cultivation for a cannabis business, Barrison led cultivation teams responsible for all cultivation activities for 2 million square feet of cannabis canopy in 11 facilities across 6 states with 800+ employees.
He was responsible for $400M+ in annual cannabis production.
Barrison developed and implemented SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) on all aspects of the cultivation process, from plant care, harvesting, curing, and packaging.
He also developed consistent and repeatable nutrient programs and cultivation technologies, resulting in company-leading metrics in yield and potency, with an eye on the bottom line.
Barrison was the founder and CEO of one of the first medical cannabis operations in a leading state, which included a large-scale indoor cannabis cultivation facility.
For 9+ years, he was responsible for all aspects of operations, finance, management, production, compliance, security, and customer service until he successfully sold and exited the business in 2018.
He is seeking a leadership position with a growth-focused cannabis company that needs a highly experienced, business-minded cultivation professional.
