Bryson is a Retail Operations Executive, most recently at a cannabis company.
He was the first hire of the company and held the position since its inception 10 years ago.

Bryson oversaw all retail store operations with 100+ employees and sales for 7 stores in Colorado and 1 in Maryland.
This included managing store openings and expansions, hiring for all roles, monitoring inventory and store activities, KPI management, creating and managing SOPs, maintaining compliance standards, merchandising, and overall workflow for all stores.
These entities include a high-traffic location that serves over 500 customers a day–the largest store operates with $8-10M in revenue annually.
Bryson is also currently the General Manager of a CBD business (15 employees)–another entity under the owner’s umbrella of companies.
In this entity, sales were just above $1M for 2019.
He is the Master Admin for the POS software and manages data input and reporting and has extensive experience with METRC.
With a strong background in cannabis and hemp, Bryson’s career has been mainly driven on helping high growth profits and sales.
He’s also a consultant through a cannabis company for other start-up companies in several states, such as Maryland, Missouri, and California.
