- He spent approximately 6 months in South Korea from mid-2020 through mid-2021 to obtain the financing and maintain the project.
Carmen has also led various facility development, M&A and finance structuring transactions for other integrated resort developments in the U.S. and foreign jurisdictions.
- He has managed multiple high yield bond and leveraged loan transactions, raising more than $8+ billion of debt and has been instrumental in structuring and documenting numerous joint venture projects and financing arrangements.
  - Additionally, he has developed and executed tax and entity structuring strategies for multi-jurisdictional global operations, serving as the Representative Director for Korean management entities, as the sole Director within a UK holding company entity structure, and as an officer in a Canadian holding company and management entity structures.
