In her most recent role, Chelsea was responsible for all cultivation and compliance operations for a large industrial cultivation and processing company, including monthly reports required by the Department of Health Division.
- She also completely onboarded the company to the seed-to-sale tracking system, METRC.
Chelsea was responsible for training 150+ employees with no cultivation experience to successfully grow 100+ acres of outdoor canopy space.
Chelsea worked closely with the Director of Operations, Director of Finance, and an Executive Team to forecast production yields, implement operational processes, ensure compliance with regulations, and maximize successful harvests of the most commercially desirable varieties.
- She created and implemented SOPs for propagation, cultivation, nutrients, IPM, harvest, and curing processes.
