As a Human Resources Business Partner, Giana managed employee groups of 150-400–mostly hourly employees that worked around the clock as part of a bi-coastal team.

While working at a fast-growing and expanding cannabis company as a Human Resource Consultant, Giana implemented the foundations of Human Resources to ensure success as the company grew rapidly in less than 1 year.
She made sure they had a handbook and proper training with CAL-OSHA additions.
She kept management and employees in the loop of Covid-19 policies and advised on various employee relation issues.
As the Human Resources Consultant at a cannabis company, Giana assisted in building out the team during expansion as well as finding new drivers as the customer base grew.
She also assisted in handling Covid-19 unemployment claims that were incorrectly filed.
As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner at a large corporation, Giana was responsible for traveling to various conferences, hitting sourcing marks in tight timelines.
