Graydon grew a small medical grow and dispensary into a vertically integrated, seed-to-sale recreational and medical business with over $1 million dollars in yearly sales.
Graydon kept and maintained compliance logs for the following: fire department, marijuana enforcement division, manifest, sales, grow-production, waste, testing for process validation, employee hours and onboarding, and visitor and camera logs.
Graydon managed inventory and growing of over 1,800 cannabis plants at large scale production.
He also guided a small 2,000 square-foot medical cannabis grow into a larger 14,000 square-foot operation with recreational production.
