Hagen has 7 years of executive operations and strategic planning experience in the cannabis industry, where he facilitated the execution of scaling manufacturing & distribution operations within the California market–along with 2 states–in the last 2 years.
Duties include strategic planning, budgeting controls, product forecasting/scheduling, hiring/training, SOP management, compliance & government relations, inventory management, cost/profit analysis, monthly/quarterly reporting, continuous process improvement, facilities management, strategic implementation, ERP/resource management, and annual reviews.
Hagen is president of a consulting company aimed at assisting small cap, community groups, government agencies, and BIPOC businesses to establish start-up systems, sustainable process controls, and road mapping.
He will be receiving his PMP certification by Q3 to bolster this endeavor and for his own continued development.
