Her 20+ years of experience in CPG, beauty, wellness, and cannabis includes leadership responsibilities across Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Innovation, go-to-market execution, P&L and budget management, consumer insights, content strategy, and brand portfolio management.
Most recently, Harriett was Head of Marketing for a premier American cannabis retailer where she built the marketing function from the ground up – hiring, developing, and leading an 8-person team during a major company restructuring.
She headed the selection and implementation of a new centralized CRM, Loyalty, Email, SMS and POS platform.
She established SOPs, briefing, and reporting processes, and oversaw department budget, driving x2 Email CVR% and ROI increase by 200%.
During her 4-year tenure at a CPG beauty company, Harriett leveraged consumer insights and innovation to expand the brand to new segments and price tiers, driving 30-50% YOY revenue growth.
She developed from concept to launch 2 SKUs that sold 3MM units during the 1st year with only 25% ACV.
She introduced an annual brand campaign–between 2017 and 2019, it surpassed HHP, brand awareness & engagement goals & drove growth 10-15X category.
Harriett started her career with an accounting firm where she championed key global initiatives.
She swiftly ascended the corporate ladder while sharpening her skillset to balance creative and analytical thinking, make data-driven decisions, manage projects fostering cross-functional collaboration, and design processes that smoothly integrate within existing organizational structures.
As an adjunct professor at a fashion school, Harriett teaches Innovation, Digital Campaign Strategies, Integrated Marketing Communications and Marketing Management.
She holds an MBA in Marketing from Pepperdine University and BS from University of South Florida.
