- In this role, she created relationships with external retail stores, entering their finished goods into 120 doors within 5 months of product launch, resulting in 70% of market revenue for 2022.

As President and Director of Operations for a premier cannabis business, Luna owned a $20M P&L and drove company objectives, projects, and initiatives while reporting to the COO.

- In this position, Luna hired and led 300+ employees across the state, including all dispensary locations and their GMP/SQF gold standard cultivation/production facility.
- She oversaw direct reports, including statewide security, dispensaries, wholesale, cultivation, extraction, analytics, quality control, manufacturing, packaging, and distribution departments.
