Morris was hired to build, staff, and open one of the first dispensaries in Columbus, Ohio–within 6 months, he generated the dispensary $500K/month in net sales and he helped open 4 other dispensaries around the state.
- As Regional Manager, he directly supervised 5 General Managers and indirectly supervised 90+ employees.
- Morris oversaw a total of 7 dispensaries, generating over $3.7 million per month total.
Morris created the official employee and management SOP handbook and traveled to each dispensary for random store audits, maintenance/security checks, and meetings.
He helped launch the first-ever online ordering system and call ahead ordering system for cannabis in Ohio.
- Morris also created the first-ever virtual consultation service and Patient Education Day, giving vendors a chance to educate patients, showcase their products, and offer pricing discounts.
Additionally, Morris led a recruitment team to source, interview, and onboard 40+ employees at a luxury-style megaplex apartment community in California.
