Osman orchestrated the merger of upstate New York and New York/New Jersey markets to create an operation comprised of 185+ company-owned stores, 310+ authorized retailers, and a total of over 2,300 employees for a telecommunication company.
Osman directed and optimized the performance of the 16-member field execution team, communications managers, and 4 centralized hiring managers.
He also co-led the launch of 59 new retail locations in 2019 to increase market share and revenue.
Osman selected sites for 75 new companies & authorized retail stores to relocate 10 operations to new areas.
He was integrally involved in transitioning another 45 stores to be taken over by a nationally authorized retailer partner.
