- He also has a successful track record of improving distressed grows and increasing production.

Raffy has expertise in the design, installation, and maintenance of controlled environmental systems.

- He was instrumental in getting a leading multi-state operator’s grow facility licensed and producing during his tenure as Cultivation Manager–this was a state first.

Raffy led a team of 12 professionals including Cultivation Managers, Plant Health Managers, Agronomists, and Technicians, in a 25,000 sq. ft. commercial cannabis facility as Director of Cultivation.

- He developed SOPs and best practices for all growth and production phases, utilizing double level rolling benches and LED lighting.

Raffy is highly knowledgeable in plant physiology, pathology, agronomy and an expert in integrated pest management (IPM).

- He implements preventive bio-security measures and clean-room best practices, including scouting programs and treatment plans with beneficial predatory insects.
- He holds commercial pesticide licenses in 3 categories since 2016, managing IPM for several acres of ornamental nursery production.

Raffy has overseen the processing, packaging, and wholesale transfer of all cannabis products, including extracts and derivatives, managing a team of 12.

- He acts as the company’s first point of contact for regulatory agencies such as METRC, the Marijuana Regulatory Agency, Local Police, and State Fire Marshal.

Raffy works directly with the CEO and executive management on business strategy, corporate goals, policies, practices, and communications.

- He is experienced in business strategy, finance, economic forecasting, and business analytics, producing data-driven reports for senior management and sales staff.
