Ronaldo was responsible for leading all research and development of the cannabis company, including edibles, extracts, and new products.
As General Manager, he oversaw the day-to-day operations of this vertically integrated, infused cannabis company with an employee base of 30-100 team members and sales between $5M – $13M annually.
Previously, Ronaldo held leadership positions at several big brand-name retail companies.
His responsibilities in these roles included overseeing purchasing and logistics for a 40-retail store base with annual sales of $200M, developing overall strategies for produce, including category management, product development, promotions, margins, and retail price points, and completing P&L responsibilities.
