Prior to entering the cannabis industry, Scarlett’s marketing background was in food and beverage consumer products in the U.S. and U.K.
She has worked in global public companies and private-equity backed small and mid-size companies, preferring fast-paced environments.
She launched products in multiple channels (grocery, club, mass, online, food service and cannabis dispensaries).
Her key accomplishments include relaunching a cannabis company’s corporate, product, and retail brands before the IPO and then integrating multiple brands, retail banners, and companies over the next 2 years.
She was the first marketing hire at a cannabis company and built the team to support its growth as it scaled to more than 20 states.
