Sienna is a multi-disciplinary Creative Director with a trained eye for aesthetics, who is also analytical, operationally oriented and metrics-driven.
Collaborative, organized and resourceful, she is a self-starter who proactively sets benchmarks and aligns expectations.
Sienna has been in the cannabis industry, above and below ground, for years.
She has plant-touching experience from soil to shelf, including seed genetics and formulation, and non-plant-touching experience, as she believes in education before medication.
Sienna started a popular cannabis magazine promoting women and authored a book with the same direction.
She has put together countless panels, spoken at conferences and just announced an educational series with a community college.
Prior to cannabis, she was a Creative Director, Content Creator, and Editor at magazines and a start-up, where she has managed over 40 creative and marketing employees.
She was brought on board to build a new internal creative department as shared services for various departments, and she was promoted following the success of enhancing creativity and operating efficiencies.
