Terry is a highly experienced cannabis industry professional with 10+ years of expertise focused on growing, extraction, and high-volume commercial pre-roll manufacturing.
With an agricultural family background, Terry founded a premium cultivation and manufacturing company that produced top-quality flower and products on a white label basis for industry-leading brands.
As Head of Production Operations for a well-known flower and pre-roll brand, Terry developed and implemented all SOPs, led new product development, presented reports to executives and investors, and managed a 500+ production staff across facilities in two states.
