As General Manager of a cannabis company’s operation, Luke oversaw the complete construction build out of a 60,000 sq. ft. greenhouse and processing facility.

- In addition, he successfully procured both cultivation and processing licenses while creating the entire foot print (94% wholesale market penetration) to ensure P&L/EBITDA targets were realized.

Luke was specifically requested to tour (7) Republican Representatives in a cannabis company’s facility prior to an adult-use legislation announcement.

- He was subsequently appointed spokesperson to speak on behalf of the Cannabis Industry at the State House during the adult-use legislation introduction.

Luke was appointed to the Advisory Board of a college, which has a Cannabis Laboratories Technician Program.
- He provided support and advice to academic programs, assisted in the development of new work force programs/curriculums, and identified best-practice standards in the Cannabis Industry.
- He also partnered with the college and created an Intern program to ensure a talent pipeline for hire was available for graduating students.

At another cannabis company, Luke oversaw and managed 17 flower rooms (700 sq.ft. – 2,200 sq.ft.) and 2 processing/extraction labs across 2 states with a combined 200+ employees.

- In addition, he ensured the execution of Organic K.I.N.D Certifications, which was 1 of only 2 in the state.
- This certification validated that all flower grown at the facility falls under the strict guidance and regulations of organic consumption.

Luke has 12+ years of extensive experience in all areas of large-scale manufacturing, including operations, quality management, maintenance, inventory/warehousing, R&D, innovation and supply chain.

- He was responsible for integration of proven automated technologies advancing manufacturing capacity and substantially lowering operational cost.

As a Director of Operations, Luke gained extensive experience in the highly regulated and SOP driven Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry.

- He led the production of 1 billion+ Oral Solid Dose units annually, which lead the company to being the 3rd largest generic pharmaceutical manufacturer in the US.
