Seamus was recruited by a leading tech company to lead regulatory affairs and commercial new business in the United States and Canada.

- His responsibilities include, but are not limited to, management of matters relating to medical devices, AI and robotic technologies, drones, semi-conductors, cameras, and mobile devices.
- He manages new technology transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, partnerships, licensing, and material commercial transactions.

Seamus worked with a premier cannabis business, developing federal and state regulatory affairs strategy and managing commercial and corporate transactions, government affairs, compliance, corporate governance and restructuring, M&A, and brand development/integration.
Seamus was hired to sit with the Executive Team at at another cannabis company.

- He led and managed strategic acquisitions, applications, commercial transactions, corporate governance, licensing, brand development, compliance, and business partnerships.
- He helped the company more than double its retail footprint in California (going from 3 to 7 storefronts) while adding distribution, manufacturing, and cultivation operations/assets.

Seamus negotiated and closed large-scale real property, finance, M&A, and corporate transactions while assisting emerging and established companies with regulatory affairs, compliance, corporate governance, data security and privacy, and civil litigation.

- He also developed substantial Pro Bono practice working with non-profits.
