Serena oversaw investor relations, K-1 and 1065 reporting, quarterly yield calculations, and prepared/reviewed all cannabis-related tax compliance reporting.
One of Serena’s key accomplishments is the successful sale of a cultivation and retail facility to a Canadian cannabis company for $19M.
While at a publicly traded natural extraction company, Serena provided leadership and guidance to the financial teams and 7 affiliate locations while successfully navigating the IPO process.
