Nevada State Cannabis License: This is the primary license required to operate any cannabis-related business in Nevada, including cultivation, production, testing, and dispensing. There are different categories of licenses, including cultivation, production, distribution, and dispensary licenses. 

Employee Agent Registration: Individuals working in various capacities within the cannabis industry typically need to obtain an Employee Agent Registration card from the Nevada Department of Taxation. This card signifies that you are authorized to work in the industry. 

Medical Marijuana Establishment Agent Card (MME Agent Card): If you are working in a medical marijuana establishment, you may need this card in addition to the Employee Agent Registration. 

Dispensary Agent License: If you’re working in a dispensary, you may need to obtain a specific dispensary agent license, which can be separate from the Employee Agent Registration.

Cannabis Handler Permit: Employees who handle cannabis products, whether in cultivation, production, or dispensing, may be required to obtain a Cannabis Handler Permit.
